Okay what is going on in Devon Pennsylvania's real estate market. I am on my way to an appointment - yes I know it is Easter - priorities! Between 250,000 and 450,000 as of today there are 39 listings - the supply demand ratio is .33 and the Market Absorption rate is 4.33
Call me if you want me to interpret this data for you.

As of today April 7th, 2007 in Tredyffrin Township between $400,000 and $600,000 the Supply demand ratio is .50 which represents a normal market and the Market Absorption rate is 4.14 which is a seller controlled market.
