Long and Foster Devon Sales Meeting Statistics

As a Math major I love numbers - friends tease me that I sleep with my calculator and you know what sometimes I do! Anyway today in our meeting we reviewed a Market Analysis Report by Data Concepts for settled business as recorded in TReND for February 2007. Long and Foster Devon did an awesome job - when you consider that in 2001 they were a brand new office Janet Rubino the manager has really has put together a terrific team of agents. The synergy in the office is terrific.

The offices cited were Prudential Fox Roach (PFR) Malvern, PFR Devon, PFR Wayne and PFR Newtown Square, RE/MAX Executive in Bryn Mawr, RE/MAX Main Line in Paoli, RE/MAX Executive Wayne, RE/MAX Classic in Wayne, Weichert Realtors Paoli, Weichert Realtors Wayne and Weichert Realtors Devon.

Long and Foster Devon and Prudential Fox Roach in Newtown Square tied for most number of listings sold: 21

Lowest number of Listings Sold is a tie between Re/Max Classic and Weichert Devon at 2

Highest # of sales  that settled in February is PFR Malvern at 19

February's total units: PFR Newtown Square 38, PFR Malvern 36, Long and Foster Devon 35

The lowest was Re/Max Classic at 3

Highest Dollar Volume for Listings Sold in February Long and Foster Devon $9,180,899

Year to Date PFR Malvern is leading with Volume closed at $35,552,330 so we will see what the spring brings.
